STEP 1
Request your audit
Fill in the short form with your contact details and a few facts about your practice. No patient information.
STEP 2
Sign a BAA and share data
We sign a business associate agreement, then you share about 90 days of remittance data through a secure channel we agree on together.
STEP 3
Review the findings
We walk you through the denial patterns we found and the fixes we’d prioritize. You keep the findings, whatever you decide next.
Frequently asked questions
Is the denial audit really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no commitment. We review a sample of your recent denials and remittances, share what we find on a call, and you decide whether a demo of Rette makes sense for your practice.
What data do you need?
About 90 days of remittance data, such as 835 files or a denial report exported from your practice management system. We confirm the exact format with you before anything is shared, and only after a business associate agreement (BAA) is signed.
Should I include patient information on this form?
No. The request form only asks for your contact details and a short description of your practice. Please do not include patient names or other protected health information. Any data review happens later, under a BAA.
What will the audit show?
The denial reasons and payers behind your largest losses, the documentation, coding, authorization or eligibility gaps that likely caused them, and a short list of fixes to prioritize. Results depend on the data shared.
Who is the audit for?
Independent orthopedic practices and their billing teams, whether billing is run in-house or by an outside company. It works with remittance data from any practice management system.
